Lesson Plan Submit Add-On

The Lesson Plan Submit Add-On is a Google Add-On created by the Memphis Teacher Residency for use by anyone or any organization wishing to have a system for submitting lesson plans in the form of Google Docs for review by another user. This generates an automatic email to the reviewers and also creates simple links for the reviewers to use even if they do not have a Google account.

Privacy Policy

This Add-On does not send any information to Memphis Teacher Residency and no data ever leaves Google servers. All data is stored within the user’s Google account. Lesson Plan Submit’s use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

The user data used by the app includes Google Drive (to share the document and optionally the enclosing folder) and Google Contacts (to assist users in looking up email recipients). As stated earlier, no data ever leaves the apps script environment and all data is stored on the user’s Google account. The only data ever leaving the user’s account is the actual document submitted (the lesson plan) which is sent by email to the selected recipients and only the selected recipients.
